We are so proud of you and want to recognize you for your achievement! On Sunday, May 22, we will be taking time during service to congratulate you and pray for you. To properly recognize you please submit the following…

1. Fill out the Graduate Survey below

2. Drop off a Grad party invite to the church office (to be posted on the church bulletin board)

3. We will have a short slideshow during service. We are asking for 10-12 photos of each graduate from baby pictures through graduation pictures to use for the presentation. Email digital photos to firstag@afa.church or bring them to the church to be scanned.
