Elementary students from AFA KidZone will walk or ride around Wylie Lake to raise money for BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge), which meets critical needs around the world with a special emphasis on kids helping kids. You can play a part by donating a one-time gift or a specific amount per lap around the lake, as these students seek to support missionaries and reach their world!
AFA is continuing its outreach to the kids and families at Dakota Square apartments this summer! Activities that Saturday will include a gospel presentation from Child Evangelism Fellowship and a craft with kids. If you’d like to participate, you can donate breakfast muffins or serve as a helper at the event! Please visit the sign-up at the table in the foyer for further information.
You’re invited to a church picnic on Sunday, July 19th, immediately following the service! This event will be held on the church lawn behind the building, and all are welcome. Bring a lawn chair and side dish to share, and join in the fun with food, games, a kids inflatable, and more!
MEGA Sports Camp is coming in August for kids entering 1st-6th grade! This year, kids can choose to join one of six options including baseball, basketball, flag football, soccer, arts and crafts, and cheerleading.
Each night will include not only training in their sport or activity but also moments when kids are challenged to develop qualities that make a difference and honor Jesus. There will be snacks, games, rallies, and more! You won’t want to miss this MEGA week filled with MEGA fun!
